- Basic Pool will not enroll email addresses to newsletters, automated promotions, etc without customer's consent.

- Basic Pool will not sell your contact information to third-party advertisers.

- Basic Pool will retain your information with secure methods.

- Basic Pool retains financial payment information consistent with all applicable laws.

- Basic Pool may retain sales histories, field notes, quotations, invoices, receipt, photographs, videos, etc for indefinite time periods to support customer service team.

- Basic Pool will not publish identifying pictures or videos. However, anonymous photos showing our quality of work may be used for promotional purposes.
